Made by hand, on Yonge.
Flour Power is a neighbourhood bakery in the truest sense — a counter where the regulars know the baker, the baker knows the order, and the smell of warm bread drifts onto Yonge Street long before the sign flips to open.
“Good flour, good butter, good time — that's the whole recipe.”
Everything is mixed and baked on site in small batches: sourdough and sandwich loaves, croissants laminated by hand, cakes finished the morning you pick them up. When it's gone, it's gone — so we start again tomorrow.
